Campsite with sauna

Would you like to visit the sauna during your visit to 't Rheezerwold? That is certainly possible! At our campsite with sauna in Overijssel the Finnish sauna offers room for four to six people. In the sauna there is a moist heat at a temperature of about 80 degrees Celsius. With the pouring of scented water an intensive humidity is created which has a beneficial effect on your body. The air humidity is low, whereby the heat can be tolerated well and the sweat evaporates easily.

The Finnish sauna at our holiday park with wellness is good for the blood circulation of the entire body. The infrared radiation in the infrared sauna has a deep effect on the body which has a positive effect on muscle pain and rheumatic diseases. A pleasant heat is spread that can be absorbed well by the body. This stimulates the blood circulation, muscles and joints. Also, waste is disposed of more quickly. This makes the infrared sauna a good support when losing weight and recovery from injuries. At our campsite with swimming pool and sauna you can relax between sauna sessions in the warmly decorated lounge area or make use of our refreshing indoor swimming pool.
